The front desk were somewhat nice but seemed unenthusiastic or welcoming. My appointment was at 2, I got there and was then put in a room. They asked me to undress, which is normal at an OBGYN. I had concerns of having certain medical problems that could be tested with urine so I asked the nurse if I can give them a urine sample. She said “I don’t think that’s your problem but I’ll give you a cup”. I wanted them to test for a few things with my urine but the blonde nurse, don’t remember her name, insisted that my problems weren’t related to something a urine test can pick up. SHES NOT EVEN THE DOCTOR!!!! After waiting in the HOT room for two hours, the doctor finally came in and didn’t really let me ask questions or speak. She was in and out in 5 minutes and did a Pap smear. They never tested my urine sample, it went to waste. They didn’t talk to me much or answer my questions or concerns. Overall, a terrible experience and I have been coming to this clinic since I was a teen. Even then, the wait time and attentiveness was bad but I decided to come back after a few years because I would have thought by now that something would have changed. I wouldn’t go here at all. My dad also mentioned something he heard on the news about the people that live in the house. You could look that up yourselves and make your opinion to come back or not based on that.THEIR REPLY: our computer system keeps track of what time you sign in, when you are put in the exam room, when the Doctor goes in and comes out and what time you check out. Your total time in the office was 1 hour. Most patients report being cold. If you were hot you should have said something. We aim to keep our patients comfortable. Based on your symptoms, urine was not the appropriate test. Your problems were addressed, further tests were ordered and a follow up appointment was made. If you had additional questions, it is your responsibility to ask. The news you refer to was a false complaint made buy a tenant that was evicted from next door and has no bearing on the medical practice. If you have complaints you should have discussed with the doctor or office manager.I have proof I was in there for over two hours. I was texting with my dad explaining how long I had been waiting since I went into the room. If it was one hour I would have not complained, but it was more than two hours. I got there at 2 and came out around 4:20, after a 5 minute exam. I could not mention I was hot as I had no pants on and no one checked on me the whole two hours I was in the room. I kept explaining how I feel I had a uti, and my concerns were dismissed when y’all could have tested my urine, but rather, wasted my urine and listened to the NURSE tell me that she doesn’t think that’s the problem. Overall, I understand you guys trying to keep your reviews positive, but the amount of times you reply to reviews, you claim the reviewer is false which I believe to be a way to dismiss the reviewer. The front desk ladies were nice but the amount time and initial contact with the doctor was unattentive.
